Rodney Greenup is the founding member of Greenup Industries, Greenup Specialty Services, Greenup Corrosion Services and Gulf South Engineering & Testing, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience as a Project Manager and business owner. Mr. Greenup is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of New Orleans. Prior to working in the oil and gas industry, Rodney worked 20 years for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Supervisor and Project Manager for a variety of projects throughout South Louisiana.

Dannette Davis has served as Principal at Kay Davis Associates for twenty (20) years where she oversees her company’s day to day operations which include the management of her full-time staff as well as outsourced construction project management, space planning, move management and Contract FF&E Sales. She has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the construction industry specializing in facility planning, space planning, project management and Furniture sales. Currently, Kay Davis Associates is working on several projects with clients of long-standing relationships in the Houston and the Dallas Areas.

Recent completions in 2020 include Dallas ISD’S Molina HS with scheduled summer installations for DISD’S Wilmer Elementary and Kimball HS first phase. Houston ISD summer installations include the HISD Hurricane Harvey (4) Schools and other work. Other recently completed projects are HSPVA HS, Askew and Wharton Elementary schools, Energy Institute HS and the Spring ISD Football stadium. There are varying scopes of work on other schools such as HISD’s Westbury, Milby, and Furr High Schools, Aldine ISD’s New CTE Facility, Garland ISD’S new CTE Facility and others. The Firm recently completed Houston Hobby Airport’s move to the New Maintenance Facility, after the provision of FFE to their new International Airport Expansion.

Haleema Shafeek is the president of Green Office Furniture Solutions, LLC. Haleema is also a U.S. Army veteran who completed the VA’s Vocational Rehabilitation program and obtained a degree in Interior Design. She has more than 10 years of business management experience and 23 years of professional interior design experience. In 2008, she launched Green Office Furniture Solutions, LLC a commercial Interior Design firm offering products and services with a ‘sustainable’ focus. Most of her projects are done in the federal space, and her company has been awarded over 450 national contracts.

Haleema has won multiple awards over the years, including the SBA Veteran Business Champion Award the 2015 Frederick J. Yates Memorial Scholarship award, completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business and SBA Emerging Leaders Executive Small Business Education programs and more. Recently Haleema signed a book deal with T & S Publishing, LP, and was featured in the book Fields to Boardrooms: Conversations with Veteran Business Leaders, which was released on Amazon in the spring of 2019.
